Our experience with this inspector was horrible. He was unprofessional, and insulting. He seemed to not know what he was doing, when inquired about our roof being original,19 year old, when in fact the roof was only 5 years old. He picked apart our home and made it appear that the buyers could ask for many things to be upgraded at the great expense of the home sellers. I would strongly advise to steer clear of this so called home inspector.
