My appt was great. Dr Zambrano took time to go over past and current prob. Nurse was great. Afterwards Crystal helped me get another appt in a different city way up north NM. Thank you all for all the help.

I was treated poorly within minutes of arriving for my appointment. Both the women at the check in counters were on the phone and couldnt be bothered to acknowledge my presence til they were done with what they were doing. Having worked in customer service for well over a decade, I can tell you it is very easy to give a friendly nod while on the phone. The front desk lady has been very rude for no reason. I've had a throat infection for 3-4weeks already. I've had a covid test already. Called again cuz it was negative and infection still wasn't gone. Left 2 messages and never received calls back. Finally reached her and set up apts through the telephone and got meds. After meds were done I called a few days later cuz infection still wasn't gone. She gave me attitude when she told me I still couldn't go in.
