The receptionist is rude 100% of the time. How dare I try to check in while you're having your conversation talking mess about other employees. Always met with a bad attitude and a dirty look even though I have an appointment. It's the same lady every time. If you hate your job and your clients, work somewhere else. Due to a comedy of errors, I ended up in a bad medical situation and needed to establish a new Primary Care Provider. I received 4 texts to confirm my appointment in the 3 weeks between making the appointment over the phone and arriving to the 1pm appt at 12:40, where the door was locked, so I figured they were still on their lunch break or something after checking their posted hours. My appt was great. Dr Zambrano took time to go over past and current prob. Nurse was great. Afterwards Crystal helped me get another appt in a different city way up north NM. Thank you all for all the help.
