This place is a JOKE! I went for a second time to discuss my medications with the provider. All she did was tell me she couldn’t do anything for me even though I had all of my medical records in hand! I wasn’t asking or even said anything about pain medication-I just want help. I want to be able to walk without every single step being excruciating. But nope-nothing. I had been here previously to establish a new PCP-but the MD was leaving which he failed to tell me. I was very much struggling with having a new health issue but trying to get through with no health insurance and a doctor that wasn’t working out for a number of reasons. I ended up in the capable hands of Tiffany Lopez, a support person who helped us navigate the medical and insurance systems and she worked at this location. She said they had a doctor there as well. I arrived in Deming right at the tail end of Dr. Zambrano's residence here at PMS and got to see him a couple of times before leaving. It was a relief to have a Doctor that took my wife and I seriously for the chronic health issues going on in our lives. Fast forward to the past month or so with this new doctor and things are the complete opposite. This person constantly seems to not want to be at work and is terribly condescending with her patients. Dr. Julio Fermin is an exemplary advocate for patients with ADHD! He is a definite asset to Deming Health Center Presbyterian Medical Services! I have been an elit commercial truck driver for expedite pharmaceutical for 28 years. I took adderall which was mandatory while driving a semi truck and 53’ trailer. It made me ill and I ended taking any more of that medication. Dr. Fermin put me on a better medication that is not a narcotic type like adderall. I wish I had this new med years ago. The receptionist is rude 100% of the time. How dare I try to check in while you're having your conversation talking mess about other employees. Always met with a bad attitude and a dirty look even though I have an appointment. It's the same lady every time. If you hate your job and your clients, work somewhere else. The only saving grace in this place is the qualified nurses and assistants, they seem genuinely nice and have never given me a problem which is interesting considering they're the ones that actually have to do re... read more
