unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. While I have no complaints about the dental services themselves, I had a challenging interaction with the receptionist. it seem its always with same one that always has an attitude.When I needed to reschedule my appointment, I felt that I wasn't given the opportunity to explain my situation fully. Dr. Sarantopoulos is a kind and skillful dentist! He fit me into his busy schedule yesterday and my tooth issue was resolved.
Cannot comment on the doctor since I have not met him, but the receptionist here is extremely rude and uneducated! I called to ask about covid precautions as I am high risk and she simply shouted at me saying "covid is just a cold" - incredibly ignorant and bold of her to say this to an immunocompromised patient! She even insisted that they see both sick and healthy patients with no precautions in place - if you want to gamble your health with their insanity, then this is the place to go! I have high anxiety and Dr Sarantopolous is fantastic! Had dental implants done and he did a superb job. Follow up visits are reassuring. Definitely recommend him.
Today was my first time at this dentist ! doctor sarantopoulos was very caring, sweet, patient, and dedicated! .the lady at the front desk was super kind and nice ! .i will be coming back for my rest of the treatment! .also the guy who did my xrays was super understandable about my ugly gag reflex heheh everyone made me feel comfortable and safe.
