I took day off of work as I didnt want to be late for my 330pm appointment.. I got to office at 3pm Yet I was not seen until about 445 pm..it happened last visit as well.. Yet if im 15 minutes late I will lose my appointment.. I hope they realized we also value our time and I lost a days work in vain!!!
referred by the PA team from NYPQ and was quite happy with the care he provided to my mother . he was kind, patient, knowledgeable and willing to have uncomfortable (but necessary) conversations. would deduct a half star for the 90 minute wait past appointment time (tough for an elderly person) but will see how the next visit goes first . Thank you for being here !
Always professional attentive easy to have a conversation with Pays attention to your concerns and always takes the time to address them properly I personally don’t like going to doctors, but he is probably the best doctor I’ve had in the last 40 years. I will recommend him to anyone that needs an attentive experience good PCP.
