I have to give Demetria 5 stars. I was so impressed with her and her patience. Coming from out of state, and looking at what felt like 25+ homes, she never once complained. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She my stress of finding a home, enjoyable. I also liked the fact she followed up with after I finally found my house to purchase. Professionalism and someone who you enjoy working with, is hard to find.
After our home of 34 years burned down, Demetria Wingfield was recommended by a friend to help us in our search for a new house. After speaking with her and having her be so sympathetic of our loss, she went to work quickly to find us a new home. She was always available and even when we were inundated with listings from other friends, she made sure that these listings were worthy of us taking a look.
