After dealing with other agents with other property you were definitely a breath of fresh air. Everything you did was first class and really there is nothing more I could say needs improvement. Your willingness to go so far as to finance the deal to make sure we closed on time after having delays was phenomenal. Yes it was out of the goodness of your heart even if you made money on it.
