This is absolutely ridiculous and has been the worst experience. I have my 5 year old in this 87 degree house because Terry has taken his time and has been absolutely unprofessional with updates. The fact that i had to wait almost a month to get an update that I had to reach out for….insane. And then has the nerve to blame it on manufacturers stocking issues?!
