The class I attended with Dr Jennifer Stelter was so amazing. She kept things fun and informative at the same time! Combining a plethora of information with brain games. She was friendly and clearly very devoted to what she is doing.

The Dementia Connection Institute offers training that caregivers, not only in facilities, but family and in-home caregivers can use. Backed by science, and evidence-based studies on non-pharmacological interventions, these techniques are easy to learn, and easy to implement into care. They are calming, reassuring, and gentle for both the caregiver and the person with Dementia. I recommend anyone who works with people with Dementia take this training.
