My complaint is not with the doctor, but I am sharing my experience in the hope that he or someone in his office sees this. I arrived for my appt and received a notification in the app that I could "skip the front desk and let them know I arrived". I did so and was soon called back for an XRay. Afterwards, the technician instructed me to sit in the "D" waiting area and I would be called shortly. After 30mins, I went to the front desk and inquired about my appointment. Dr Bazan is an excellent doctor he did surgery on my right foot almost 3 years ago and although I complained about pains weeks after my surgery he was patient to listen explain and give me different options on dealing with the pain other than the pain pills which he is willing to prescribe. Being a pretty active person most of my pain is completely gone on my right foot but my left was hurting so I had to get that one fixed. He just did surgery on my left foot on 10/3 and it’s already healing so well with minimal scarring. I... read more
