**DO NOT RENT** In 2017, I was eager to rent a condo and hastily chose this property without thoroughly researching the renting agent. This turned out to be a huge mistake. My experience was horrible. As echoed by many other reviews, the agents were incredibly rude and completely unaccommodating. Worst company ever. Rude scammers that will lie and take your security deposit. There is no way they should still be in business. Stay far away from any property they manage.
Worst service ever! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Beware of this so called agency. They prey on people looking for a home.
I love demo, they are very understanding. The manager is willing to work with you and do they best of getting prospects approved. Maintenance does a great job and always on time with completing the work.
