Rude, unprofessional. 1. Gave us the wrong key to our property. We were moving in, had a truck full of stuff. They refused to come to us. So my husband had to leave me with all of our stuff for over an hour. 2. The owner decided to sell the property. We asked that we could put it a bid. Said they'd get back to us. They never did. Then put a lock box on our house. We worked at night. We asked that anyone coming to see our house. Come after noon. **DO NOT RENT** In 2017, I was eager to rent a condo and hastily chose this property without thoroughly researching the renting agent. This turned out to be a huge mistake. My experience was horrible. As echoed by many other reviews, the agents were incredibly rude and completely unaccommodating. Worst company ever. Rude scammers that will lie and take your security deposit. There is no way they should still be in business. Stay far away from any property they manage.
Worst service ever! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Beware of this so called agency. They prey on people looking for a home.
