RUDE! Unlawful. UNPROFESSIONAL. My story is insanely LONG to post, but do your homework. There is a reason that they have negative reviews on almost every review site. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. There are better homes out there, just be patient. AVOID DEMCO AND SHERRI RUSSEL!! ZERO STARS!
Zero is the actual rating. Do not do business with this company. The owner and her agents are very unprofessional, rude and downright unlawful in their practices and the of charging fees. If you expect to live in a rental that they manage without hassle, forget about it. Repairs are slow if done at all. Communication is poor from their office. Save your money, your time and your peace. Don't bother with Demco.
If I could give this company and the imbeciles who work here no stars it would be a perfect review. The owner and the staff are crooks. The owner is the biggest crook of them all. They lie, apply unlawful fees to your account, send "contractors" out for repairs to who the owner is neighbors with and not actual licensed contractors to do shabby work, break landlord/tenant laws and are all very rude. These people are SLUM LORDS. Was talked into renting from this company from a Real Estate agent when I first moved to Bowie (who was clearly on Demco's payroll.), and it's been down hill ever since. I moved into a home that was poorly painted, had giant holes in the wall, and infested by cockroaches. As a tenant, I have repainted the entire house, paid out of pocket for repairs not covered by the owner (water heater wasn't high priority in their eyes). The only time that they did any repairs on the property, was when the Cit... read more

BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. This company is the WORST!! They are extremely rude and unprofessional. When you call half the time they don’t answer or they don’t have the correct answers. The office is quick to point out what the tenants have done, need to do, apply late fees and etc but when they are wrong it’s a different story. Very unsatisfied. Sherri Russel is RUDE and not professional. This 2-person company is a SLUM LORD!! Do not do business with them!! They are opportunist and money hungry by any means.
