I met Elaine two months ago. It is astounding how she is able to immediately connect with the individual and provide a level of care that is not only holistic but personalized to you. I was fortunate to meet Elaine Dembe when I was in my running prime - a weekend warrior in a tough demanding job. Elaine kept me healthy and always supplied life tips which I still refer to today. She also led an inspiring example as an active marathon runner herself, and truly understood my desire to continue to run and stay pain free.
