Back in February 2025 had Colonoscopy/ Endoscopy paid my deductible up front for the Dr and surgery center. My insurance also paid and I have a credit balance of $74.31 I can't seem to get my refund, the surgery center has turned me in to a collection service as Dr DeMasi office never refunded me and did not pay the surgery center. This is a crime and very unethical. What a bunch of crooks.
Today was my first appointment with Dr DeMaci - I was so nervous! However, his staff was so sweet, knowledgeable and very kind! When Dr DeMaci came in - I felt at ease just with his presence- he was very kind and assured me he could help me. Thank you to all who made this very stressful visit a very compassionate and hopeful experience.
Great staff and service received
They already knew they didn't take my insurance but waited last minute to call me and tell me... this is the second GI place that waited last minute to call and tell me they didn't take my insurance... and the lady was rude at the service desk when I went in there the first time...
Excellent staff, appointment was on schedule, highly recommend
