They already knew they didn't take my insurance but waited last minute to call me and tell me... this is the second GI place that waited last minute to call and tell me they didn't take my insurance... and the lady was rude at the service desk when I went in there the first time...

After years of struggling with digestive issues I decided to seek professional help. I knew it would not be cheap to go to a specialist but I felt I needed to find answers to my problems. Dr. Demasi performed a colonoscopy. And I had one follow up visit with him. He basically told me he couldn’t help me. And everytime I went to his office or the surgery center I was charged and I paid. A year later I am still receiving invoices for the colonoscopy. I have been having stomach issues for almost 2 yrs now, went to this guy, said it was medicine causing issues, then he did the camera down the throat and this guy went around and told EVERYONE THE SAME THING IN RECOVERY, THAT WE ALL HAD SOME SWELLING AND THE WAS SOMETHING ELSE THAT HE TOOK A BIOPSY OF, AND NEVER SAID A THING ABOUT IT, HONESTLY, HOW CAN 6 PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME EXACT ISSUSES, HE WAS A ROBOT REPEATING HIS MESSAGES
