This is long overdue but many thanks to Dr DeMaria and his amazing staff. There are just not enough words to say how grateful I am. My son was a patient of a well known orthodontist since grade school. He is congenitally missing his lateral incisors. The orthodontist stated that he would only make space for implants because pulling the teeth forward was not ideal treatment. My son was in treatment for several years. Excellent with kids.
When Dr. Abraham owned the practice, we never had a single issue. I absolutely loved it there and everyone who worked there was super sweet. We recently had a terrible occurrence from staff and learned that it was under new ownership by Dr. DeMaria. I went to the wrong location and had called in to apologize and get the correct address. I told her how long it would take me to get there per my GPS and she sounded very annoyed but said okay. I drove there and beat my GPS arrival time. We have had nothing but great experiences with DeMaria Family Orthodontics and Dentistry. Holly and Debbie at the front desk are extremely helpful and attentive. They interact with our kids and make sure that they feel welcome! Our dental hygienist, Christina, is amazing with our kids. She keeps them involved and informed, and she remembers stories they have told her from their past visits. Dr. Gill and Dr. DeMaria have both been great with our children's care. Two bad experiences here first time was told they took my insurance after double checking and then got billed later for a full visit the second time the hygienist rushed and was not kind and terrified my 6 year old daughter telling her there is no way we can do a filling here with them just because she was scared and in front of her said she has to be put to sleep she cried most of the day after .... dont recommend for kids.
