Great family experience! Apples galore and pumpkins! The store was really nice and the outside BBQ dogs and burgers were good as well!
The Shuttle ride over due to the lot being full was dreadful. My children were beyond terrified to the point of us getting back to our car and leaving but we didn't want to traumatize them more than the lady driving the bus did. My 9 year old daughter and 7 year old son bumped their heads quite a few times when she was coming to a hault at high speed. The bus driver didn't care about anyone's safety driving the way she did. The farm was beautiful. The service, not so much. My father purchased an additional 2 tickets by mistake so he politely asked the manager if we can get a refund and if not if he could atleast get something from the market to compensate for the unused tickets, the very rude manager didn't even let him finish. She was very unprofessional towards the situation and quickly told him it's "too bad" - her tone of voice wasnt quite appealing either.
Love the farm and the food in the store, but the people/girls who work there were extremely rude.
It's really, really sad to see so many animals in their petting zoo with no water it sight. All the containers are empty and no workers come around to check on them. There are little kids who hit the animals heads as they come up to the fence because their parents are ignorant and not watching their own kids. God knows this place makes so much money, don't tell me you can't have one worker watching the animals. Shame on you.
