One of the best landlord I ever had!
This was a few years ago. I moved from Maryland to Ohio and Sherry rented me a beautiful house in Austintown (3 years at that home) anytime an issue happened Sherry took care of it asap the maintenance man Sam was really cool and helpful making sure the house was really nice for myself and my 2 children I definitely would rent from her again very helpful and caring thank you Sherry for rented a house to us when we didn’t have one and needed 1 in a hurry.
RUN RUN RUN AWAY, I didn’t appreciate whomever was in the background speaking negatively about my intelligence earlier when struggling to open up an “empty unit” as advised with the keys provided by management when in reality it was already occupied with Tenants & was the entirely wrong unit. Management literally had me trying to walk into an already occupied unit and didn’t think it was a big issue yet laughed and said that “I’m owed a donut” for the inconvenience.
