Demar plumbing is one of the worst plumbing agencies I have ever met. Their agent was late, rude, and very unskilled, unable to offer any suggestions to improve our situation but yet extremely expensive. Very disappointing indeed.

Does April Disagree work for Demar Plumbing?!? – Plumbers are very good and professional but the customer service is terrible. It just angers me to deal with me who give you attitude when you are trying to give them business.

Best Plumbers in NY! – I had two other plumbing companies come to help me get my boiler running and pass inspection. Those other plumbing companies came so many times and changed so many parts I was about to buy a new boiler thinking it was hopeless. Then a neighbor recommended Demar! Amazing! Their expert fixed my boiler in under three hours in one visit and they setup an ispection for me which I passed! Thank you Demar! You guys rock!

Lifesavers – I was hit with multiple bldg and fd violations... I needed someone fast. My plan was to go thru the yellow pages. I called Demar's # from the decal on one of their vans parked on my block. I saw "Licensed Master Plumber", so I figured it was a legitimate operation. The receptionist was very nice. WOW, THANK YOU DEMAR!!! – At three in the morning I woke up to a major leak coming into my master bathroom from the apartment above. I immediately contacted the building super who in turn called Demar Plumbing. While I braced for the worst thinking it would be hours until the leak was brought under control, Demar showed up and got the situation in hand by three thirty. It was amazing. I can’t begin to describe the thousands of dollars in damages that Demar Plumbing saved me and the building. I love those guys.

THEY REALLY HELPFUL ! ! ! – I had called many plumbers and all they did was put me on hold. Demar came out the next day and replaced my toilet. They were neat, polite, worked fast and I got it done for way less than what the other companies quoted me. Thank you Demar !

Surprised and shocked – First - no relation to these guys. I have used them for several years now, even recommended them. geez. I have always received excellent service. The office workers are very nice, and professional. Are we talking about the same company? I can't imagine them going from an A+ to a F as you guys have indicated. Nontheless I will continue to call them. Perhaps you never paid your bill.

WORST plumbing company ever. – This company is by far the worst with customer service. i would rather wait on hold for 2 hours with time warner cable then deal with these idiots again. They don't show up for scheduled appoints and then wait 2 days to call you back to re-schedule. They began some work and then didn't show up for days. abosolutely hands down the worst plumbing company in manhattan, just try and contact Alex, no one knows his cell phone # and he never replies to e-mails.
