I worked at this unpleasant, extremely unprofessional company as a foreman. They hire subcontractors to do the installations, all of which are not licensed or even retain an apprentice license. If you value quality of work do not work here or buy a home that the plumbing was installed by them. They will take advantage of you as an employee making you use your personal vehicle for work and give you a measly $37 Christmas bonus "as a token of their appreciation of you and the value you bring to the company". I worked here and helped run their construction sites. The work they do is done by piece workers who do as little as possible to get paid and get out. If your home was plumbed by DEMA you are going to have issues. Builders use them to save money because of the cheap labor.
I wouldn’t even give these guys one star!! Terrible craftsmanship and I highly doubt anybody is qualified at that company!! I’m having a brand new house built and the plumbing is horrendous. Not only did I find that they don’t know anything about water distribution but they put a 2” floor drain downstream of my washer box… I asked them to fix it and they even screwed it up again!! It also would’ve been nice to communicate with them but they couldn’t even understand what I was telling them… they flat out do not care about you... read more
