Echo is a talented hair stylist, very knowledgeable with a lovely way about her.
I cannot recommend Echo enough! After I made a post in a Hamilton, Ontario Facebook group looking for help with my mom’s severely matted hair, Echo personally reached out and offered to help. She was so kind and compassionate that she even took us in on her day off to work on my mom’s hair. From the moment we arrived, Echo was incredibly caring, patient, and understanding.
