I've been here a few years now and the service ans quickness to response to my needs has never been better Dezi is great at communicating when folks will be in my home and keeping me up to date on the happenings at Hillcrest yall did a great job with her; she's made so many great improvements Hillcrest is starting to feel like home again
I live at the Congress on MLK, apartment is better than what I’ve experienced in MD, heat n hot water always. Ask my rental office to drop the temperature of the boiler, and they DID. I really appreciate it it would have been five stars if our laundry room got two new washers and dryers. But Thanks Delwin for really handling living conditions really means a lot!!!!
If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! I'd like to start this review off by stating I am new to the DMV. So back in December I was looking for an apartment. Delwin realty had a listing on Apartments.com. So I attempted to contact the number on the listing from the 3rd party site but to no avail I couldn't reach anyone. So, I went on Delwin Realty's actual site & found the property but it said available in October of 2024 & had contact details of what I assumed would be a previous realtor.
