If I could give them ZERO stars, I would! I'd like to start this review off by stating I am new to the DMV. So back in December I was looking for an apartment. Delwin realty had a listing on Apartments.com. So I attempted to contact the number on the listing from the 3rd party site but to no avail I couldn't reach anyone. So, I went on Delwin Realty's actual site & found the property but it said available in October of 2024 & had contact details of what I assumed would be a previous realtor.
