One of the worst experiences working with renting an apartment. Awful service, rude staff, and very hard to get a hold of when there was an emergency. We had water damage for over 4 months that was never fixed (just painted over). Black mold throughout the entire apartment. Whenever we tried to get ahold of someone they would answer but never actually follow up with any requests to their OWN property. They only time they would answer or call is if they wanted money.
