I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I brought my daughter in to get her hair done, but instead of being helped, the staff refused and complained that they didn’t have the “right” flat iron and told me to go somewhere else. It felt unprofessional and dismissive. The atmosphere also felt unwelcoming. There was a lot of gossip and downtime, and very little focus on customers.
