I cannot believe how I was treated by this place. I had a surgery where I could not wash my own hair, so I scheduled a blow out here. I showed up in the rain, to find that it was not open at the time of my appt. I called, emailed.. no response. Nothing ever since apologizing or explaining what went wrong. How is this place still in business?!

People have stopped me to compliment my color - including other color artists! And I have never loved my hair more. Joy is a gem and a true artist
