Victor is by far one of the best tattoo artist I ever met. I called him about a joker portrait I wanted done and he had it sketched up within 30 minutes after calling him. He took his time and was very professional and is extremely talented. 100% all the way thanks Victor!
My dog Sparky passed in August. Rick tattoo'd him on my arm. The amount of detail in the piece is simply amazing! Rick really captured Sparky's essence.
