I rented from deluxe properties and it started out good. But when the lease was up and I moved out on time. Cleaned the house from top to bottom like I found it Konstance lied to me about getting my deposit back. Not only did she lie she kept putting me off until the 30 days was up and then she not even sent a notice or letter or anything about why I would or would not get a deposit until the point that I have to spend more money to go to court to get my money. I will never rent from this company again.
Konstance was a pure pleasure to work with! Her knowledge of her properties stood out along with great honesty! Highly recommend for your next home purchase
