Used them in the past and had positive experience. Called today to schedule for simple leaky faucet repair. Was told $185 trip fee that “the technician may decide to waive” - which makes zero sense. When I asked what would determine if I had to pay an additional fee or not the answer was “if the technician wants to accommodate”. Not rolling the dice on whether I waste $185 or not. Just give me a price to fix the faucet and that’s that. Hate the games all these companies play nowadays.
Dissatisfied did not even send a plumber and now having issues with my insurance company!
They charged me $465 to replace the wax seal on a toilet. They were here less than an hour total. Completely insane pricing.
