Amazing service from beginning to end! We bought a new house and had plumbing issues from the start. Just WOW...I am so impressed with the promptness, thorough, quality, professional, tidy work if this business. I've had two recent issues. A leaky kitchen sink and then a full water heater replacement. Top notch work and top-of-the-line products at VERY reasonable prices. I'm always afraid of calling these kind of places...that I'll get raked over the coals. Not with this place. They really CARE about you and explain exactly what's going on and what's needed. Another great job by Kevin from Deluxe; replaced my 10 year old hot water tank last year and did great work so it was an easy call to make to have them back to take care of some other minor plumbing service issues this year. Fast, friendly folks to do business with and a great value for the money! Highly recommend!
Told me the price then added a charge for using a credit card, Scott said they would credit me for the not explained charge. I now have a charge for 927.00 and 900.00 on my account both which happened within minutes, still no credit. The last time I talked to Scott (supposedly the owner} he hung up on me, asking me if I knew who I was dealing with.
