Worst experience parking here. Don’t park here. Really difficult access getting BACK to your car when all doors are locked. Charged me an additional $8 after I had already paid. 1) You cannot get back into the building on weekends! All doors are locked. This is really unpleasant in 15 degree weather as we walked blocks to find an open entrance in all sides. Posted prices are not what's charged! Parked 19 hours and was charged $36 plus convenience fees. Should've been $24 based on their signage. Paid at the skyway like signage says, was charged ANOTHER $8 on exiting FOR WHAT
DO NOT PARK HERE ON WEEKENDS. Apparently, all the walking entrances to this ramp close over the weekend. We were trying to leave after a stay in the hotel on the other side of the block, and couldn't get in. We were advised that, "If security doesn't respond to the call button, you'll have to walk up the ramp," since there are no stairs. Well, we called building security and tried the button to no avail. DO NOT PARK HERE ON WEEKEND WHEN SKYWAYS CLOSED. We payed full price and then could not get back to our car. We had to walk up the driving ramp. We asked for directions at the W and they were no help. We tried calling for help on the entrance ticket stations - nothing. So frustrating.
Avoid parking at this ramp at all costs. Even if you are in an emergency, this parking ramp will make your situation way worse. All the doors to enter back into the ramp are locked, so the only way back to your car is walking up the spiral entrance ramp and pray to not get hit by a car. This place is asking for a lawsuit. Take the extra few minutes to go another block to any other parking ramp.
