I parked here a few times. Never was lost finding my way out and back in. All I had to do was read the signs/instructions on the walls lol. It seems people not reading the instructions clearly in their view is why they get lost lol

Parked here for a night out at a nearby restaurant on a Saturday evening. Lots of spaces open and conveniently located. Problem was, when we tried to get to our car at 8:45pm, all of the doors were locked on the street level. After walking around the entire block twice, trying all of the Deluxe Tower doors and finding them all locked, we ran into someone who was leaving and let us in. They make getting back to your car nearly impossible after having parked.

Complete scam. Parked overnight for easy access to connecting hotel on a weekday. Was charged $42. Had to walk outside to find their kiosk to inquire why this rate was so high for less than 24 hours of parking. Was told it was due to rates resetting at 5am. But I wasn’t charged $42 the first night we stayed overnight - same fact pattern less than 24 hours of parking. I will take the posting down if you rectify this.

Worst experience parking here. Don’t park here. Really difficult access getting BACK to your car when all doors are locked. Charged me an additional $8 after I had already paid. 1) You cannot get back into the building on weekends! All doors are locked. This is really unpleasant in 15 degree weather as we walked blocks to find an open entrance in all sides.
