Highly disappointed. Came in with my friend and we decided to get 2 Arabian pedicures and my nails filled. I personally asked for a female to do my friend's pedicure, but she still ended up getting a guy named Ryan. He cut her at least 5 times, and trimmed her toenails down too short that pierced her a lot. When my friend said she was hurt, he didn't seem to care! Louis did an amazing job! Highly recommend and it was my first experience here. The place was absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!! Found my permanent nail shop on the Westside!
