I see several bad reviews posted. I moved to NJ 5 years ago and this establishment was my first experience I’m a Philly girl so there is a nail salon on every corner. I have had nothing but great experiences. I started with Mia which was awesome and now I go to Lena every 2 weeks one week for nail the next for feet. Lena has been equally as awesome as Mia. My suggestion is to find a tech that fits your personality and your experience will definitely have a different outcome! Request Lena she is awesome!!

I was in an out under an hour for a mani and pedi. The girl who did my nails rushed and my nails are uneven and the gel polish is on my skin. For $83 I do not think it was worth it. My nails gel will most likely only last a few days as it's already lifting on my thumb. She had an appointment and kept looking for the girl. When she arrived she was done with me and didn't file them or check them to see if she missed anything. I had medium length nails when I entered and now they are Extremely short.

Upon arrival, I was asked if I had an appointment. I replied that I did not. The staff member then inquired about the services I required, and I stated that I needed a refill. When I asked about the price, she quoted $65. I queried the amount, given that a full set of nails had previously cost me $50. The staff explained that appointments take precedence over walk-ins and suggested booking an appointment for another day, given their closing time of 5 pm. Paid $70 go nails with gel polish and chrome. By the next day the chrome was peeling off.
