I came in for pedi and full face wax. During the face wax I felt burning on my top lip. I told the lady she said it was. Alright and put some cream there. When I left it was still burning 30 mins later. So I check the mirror and notice my top lip burn on it. I called they offer a partial refund. Over 1 mth later I did not receive any refund. Til date no refund cas I told them don't worry I'm tired of chasing them for my money. I will never go back to no location
