I had an extremely horrible experience at this salon and will not be returning. Despite seeing staff members just lounge around, there was a long wait for waiting clients, which is completely unprofessional. When I was finally seen, the service was incredibly rough and the end result was sloppy. To top it off, they had a major attitude and refused to do half the designs I requested. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values their customers.

W ent here for the second time and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning. My first visit was great—the manicure was done with care and attention to detail. This time, however, the experience was completely different. The technician seemed rushed and ended up overcutting my cuticles, leaving my fingers uncomfortable. I had also asked for my nails to be the same size and shape, but they turned out uneven—one hand has longer, more even nails, while the other has shorter, crooked ones.
