I have been going to this place for a couple of years this time a person named Terry helped me She hijacked me at the nail polish and very rudely told me I should get the more expensive treatments I told her no several times when she finally understood I wasn't changing my mind she rolled her eyes at me. Seriously I have never experienced this. When I told her I didn't appreciate the roll she said nothing. I feel that her treatment during the service was rude. Very disappointed. I’ve had to return 3 times, recently, due to chipped (gel) manicures and regular polished (no topcoat) pedicures. Even the re-dos chip. Friendly enough staff. Prices are high and I tip, very generously, to ever return, though.
My regular nail stylist, Lisa (FABULOUS nail artist) was out of town so I was unfortunate enough to get the owner,Terry to do my nails. Terry has the worst attitude…she was rude, disrespectful and does a terrible job with nails! I had to return the next day and get them fixed by someone who actually cared. To be the owner and have that low of a skill-set and bad attitude makes me never want to go back! If not for Lisa, I would gladly find another salon!
Lisa is fabulous. Her expertise and advice is always on point. I highly recommend her.
