I’ve been going here for a while, never 100% satisfied but it was one of the cheaper places so I didn’t complain and kept going back. I go every 2/3 weeks. Yesterday a woman who hasn’t helped me before did my fill. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. Yellow with a bumblebee on one of the fingers. She said she would try I said ok. I have been going to the salon for quiet some time and today I went in because yesterday I had my toes and nails done. I went back today because I was not happy with my nails just wanted them repainted. They seemed unhappy with my complaint. Told me to come back tomorrow. I will not be back.
I have been coming here for about a year now, and in the beginning it was nice, and I liked how my nails came out. Recently I would have the gentleman that works there and my fills or new set would turn out horrible or not last the 2 weeks. I then had another lady that sits in the first desk and the she can not paint or fill a nail to save her life. unprofessional staff, staff shows a difference in their white and black customers by treating their white customers better. Very inattentive to black customers, and unnecessarily rude to them. Refuses service by ignoring customers and waving them off. Will not be back. Please go somewhere else. The unprofessionalism is unreal.
Staff was rude, very rude. They had numerous polishes on the shelves that the staff said after being chosen couldn't be used because they were "too old". My daughter wanted glow in the dark nails, and that's what she was told about the colors she chose. Why were colors available to choose if they were too old? The 1st lady that started on her toes pushed her foot and left her in the chair, and started on my pedicure.
