unprofessional staff, staff shows a difference in their white and black customers by treating their white customers better. Very inattentive to black customers, and unnecessarily rude to them. Refuses service by ignoring customers and waving them off. Will not be back. Please go somewhere else. The unprofessionalism is unreal.
Staff was rude, very rude. They had numerous polishes on the shelves that the staff said after being chosen couldn't be used because they were "too old". My daughter wanted glow in the dark nails, and that's what she was told about the colors she chose. Why were colors available to choose if they were too old? The 1st lady that started on her toes pushed her foot and left her in the chair, and started on my pedicure. BAD EXPERIENCE… 1 outta 10 …. I’ve gone a few times, and each visit left me uncomfortable. I noticed that whenever an African American customer walked through the door, the staff would stare and begin speaking in their language. Each time I visited, I also witnessed unhappy African American customers. During my last visit, I had an appointment with Julie. In the middle of doing my nails, a Caucasian woman came in and stated that her appointment should begin as soon as she arrived because she normally doesn’t wait.
