Not the type to leave reviews, but this is wild. I went in there with my friend (we had an apt set up for 12 together as a group) we got there 10 minutes late due to traffic from a fire. They took me back first, I told her what I wanted and she asked to see my phone/photo for reference (first pic) she had to redo a few nails 2/3 times. deluxe nails is my go-to! everyone is always so nice and hospitable. i never have to wait too long after booking an appointment and they always seem to recreate any nail art i bring. i love my cat eye set!

This is the worst and most unprofessional nail salon I’ve ever been to. First, their “Open” sign is broken, which already creates confusion for customers. Second, I tried calling the salon multiple times and no one ever answered the phone. It appears they don’t have a receptionist or any system in place to handle calls. Overall, the lack of basic professionalism and communication is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this salon.

Awful, Awful, Awful!! I had a 10 appointment & technician was 15 minutes late!!! Then just wanted an acrylic polish change. They charged $30 for what should have been $12!! Never again will I go there!!!!! A few days before this appointment I was at the the Mullica Hill deluxe nail, where I usually go & had an Acrylic refill , glitter tips & a design on 2 nails & was charged only $38! I will continue to drive further to Mullica Hill for such better service & a lot more trusting!!!
