Been going here for a few years now! Emma is truly an artist!!! She always gets the exact shape and color I want, and my nails last for weeks. She is also relatively fast. Every other staff member I’ve seen does a great job as well!
Check-in process was smooth, salon is clean, staff are very friendly. Large color variety and various services offered. Nails came out very pretty! Will come again :)
I have been going here for several years, and have recommended many people to go here. But today, I called to see if I could make a 530 appointment, which is my usual Time. They asked me if I could come at 5 o'clock. I agreed, and showed up at 4:55 PM. They left me waiting until 5:35 PM, with no one ever as much as looking at me. I walked out at 5:35 PM. I'm done with this place.

Pros: They have numerous techs and can often accommodate same day appointments. However of the nail salons I’ve been to, this is not top of my list. I only ever enjoyed my appointments with the owner or Emma (who works limited days). Cons: Every single time I would book a specific tech and when I walked in they would say anyone can do your nails right?
