I would love to have given a better review, however, I can’t. I have had my eyebrows waxed there and it was amazing service. I had acrylic nails done there on December 17 by Tracey. The service and outcome of the nails were fantastic. However, on January 07, I made an appointment to have the acrylic nails removed The result has been a nightmare. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at Deluxe Nail Spa. Unfortunately, my pedicure was disappointing. It was clear that the technician was not properly trained and did not have the skills to succeed, despite his best efforts, as he missed key steps and performed the service out of order. For example, he applied lotion and then rinsed it off using the dirty water, and applied cuticle oil before painting my toes. This is the perfect place to ‘reset’ your body. I booked a one-hour body massage, and every detail was on point. The staff was attentive, and the salon was tidy and welcoming. Totally worth it!
