Even after booking an appointment, we were made to wait, which I can understand. However, rushing through the service because of time constraints is not acceptable. We are paying for the service nothing is done free of cost so I expect it to be done properly and not hurried.
Awesome skill
I was gifted a mani/pedi service and I won’t be going back. I had a deluxe spa pedicure and the over zealous technician ripped a layer of skin off the side of my foot. He applied an antiseptic or something but it was still bleeding when I got home. When I mentioned it to the front desk person she was dismissive. I’ve spent my first week of vacation with a painful, bandaged foot. I’m very disappointed with the service I received for a price that was too high.
I got a full gel set done Dec 17 first of all the appointment was very rushed. Start to finish it took my Nail tech 35m. Should have been red flag #1. When I got home from the appointment the nail polish on one nail had completely come off as it wasn’t dry, another nail was so bumpy it looked like scales, and the third was chipping too coat. I went back the next day and got them all fixed and not even 3 days later nail polish and top coat was coming off in pieces. Needless to say will not be returning and would not recommend
