I’ve been coming to this nail spa regularly, and this was my 4th visit. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing compared to my previous visits. The pedicure was not done properly — there was no massage, and the overall service felt rushed and incomplete. The gel polish on my toenails was applied poorly and did not look neat or professional. My manicure was also done badly, and I’m honestly unhappy with how my hands look now. I will have to spend additional money elsewhere just to remove and fix the gel polis... read more
