For starters, the lady doing my nails was hacking up a lung while doing my nails. Then she refused to cut them shorter after me asking multiple times due to my job. I handed her the color I wanted and told her sparkling white with a Christmas design. My nails are grey, and she placed a snowflake sticker on one finger in which is folded over because she was in a rush due to more people walking in.
