Lived here for 5 and a half years worst place to live management there is none, roaches theres alot, mold, and the management blames the tenants not keeping the peace.
If you want to go rent an apartment, don’t rent here!!! no manager in the apartment and irresponsible staff (expect for Oscar and Pablo). lousy and problematic neighbors who always fight at night and the morning. they let the front gate open which homeless come in and break in the empty apartments. the owner won’t give you back the deposit when the apartment is left in good conditions. and they insist you to sign a one year contract at first without really mentioning the month to month contract. drive away as fast as you can... read more

This was my first apartment i rented. for the past year the management has been on top of their game. i got help immediately when the toilet leaked and two months later a broken tile was replaced in a timely manner. I recommend this place as a first time apartment.
