Leatrice was excellent all around. (1) In terms of availability: I was trying to find a place to get my hair braided, but either — others didn’t pick up, or the phone was just disconnected. Leatrice answered & got me in. (2) In terms of People Skills: Her understanding of vibes/ people is great — I don’t talk a lot, & she didn’t force conversation. So I appreciate that.
