As a second-time customer, I had the worst experience with this jeweler. Despite the owner claiming it was busy, we were there the entire time and saw no other customers. I brought in a special bracelet for re-engraving, specifically asking for the existing letters and numbers to be traced over. I had a great experience here. I couldn’t decide between these 2 bands and they offered a great price so we went with both so I had options or I could stack. In my excitement I left not fully processing that the rings were over a size too big. So I went back and resized them for me free of charge. I was also able to add some sizing beads to my engagement ring so they it won’t keep sliding. Will definitely be going back for future jewelry purchases.
