Let’s highlight the customer service I received from Deluxe. My first call was due to my A/C fan not working correctly, the part was easily replaced and the problem fixed. I then found I had a leak in my wall, that was from an unknown source (a plumber determined it was not a plumbing issue). Austin, who had fixed the previous issue with the fan was A+ in helping to diagnosis and fix this problem requiring multiple visits. The damage was so bad I had to file an insurance claim.
