Very caring and comforting and skilled professional.
Very unprofessional you definitely don’t wanna get dentures at this place. It took me 4 months to get my dentures with no teeth. I had to go somewhere else to get them relined. They are not clean either. They don’t ever change out their gloves. They need to do a lot of housework. I wish I didn’t have to give them no stars.
Worst dentist ever! No time management skills very unprofessional. Actually told me my job wasn’t important had 3 appointments and nothing done just wasted hours sitting in waiting room.

not organized. Incorrect business hrs. listed on door, not corrected after telling them about it for two weeks. No communication between staff. Too much reliance "on corporate" when asked questions. Waited 5 weeks for crown that is not even close to tge right color to match my other teeth.
this office would not be so bad if the left hand talk to the right hand a little more. The receptionist should know what procedures are done in the office and they should know little things like what they can accept and what they cannot. When I asked the receptionist if they could use the Laughing Gas pulling my wisdom teeth she said yes. I asked her if my insurance covered it she said yes. Went to the Shelby Office July 20th. This was my sons first dental appointment. So his appointment is at 10am. The receptionist tells me that the appointments not till 11 AM so we compromised and we do 10:30 AM because she tells me the doctor isn’t even in yet. So then I sit in the waiting room and wait till 11 AM instead of the compromised 10:30am. My son and I go in the back, I’m assuming the dental hygienist did my sons cleaning?
