Dr. Neal’s office closed for a second time when we were in the purple tier. The office hasn’t reopened and it’s impossible to reach him or anyone in the office. Emails haven’t been responded to and there’s a message stating they will reopen January 2021. I spent over $4000 out of pocket, after my insurance was billed for an implant and I still don’t have it. They took their time to explain to me and walk me through the entire process. Very open and kind people.
Great experience!!! Last night, I broke a veneer on one of my front teeth. I called the office the next morning and they were able to get me in for an appointment within a few hours. Upon arriving, they told me that the would be able to get me fixed up right away. They utilized state of the art equipment which allowed them to have a permanent veneer created during the same appointment. The staff is awesome and confident in what they do. Thanks again for helping me out.
Felt very comfortable with everyone in the office. I had to bring my littles and they were very accommodating and sweet to them. Definitely going back.
I was in pain after my flight to California and I found Dr. Neal and Deluxe Dental. Not only were able to see me and identify the issues, it turned it to be major. I needed an extraction, a bone graft, a permanent bridge and a crown. Their state of the art equipment - a 3D oral scanner and another machine that makes custom crowns within hours and other machines, they were able to do everything for me in two days.
