Alex and his team at Deluxe are a pleasure to work with do great work and are very affordable. I highly recommend them. They replaced a rotted sill and brick molding around and window and some other work. I already plan to have him back to install a window. (See connected before and after shots.)
We hired Alex and his crew to repair our screen porch that had suffered wind damage over the winter. They replaced all of the screens professionally and fit them snug. They also stained the cedar trim, and as a bonus, they rehung the screen door as they too noticed it rubbed on the deck floor. This project was completed on short notice and done with superb craftsmanship. We are very pleased and already have another project in the works with Deluxe Custom Carpenter$!
Had a slight emergency with water leaking from under the toilet. Alex and crew came to the rescue. They were able to replace a section of the subfloor, install new toilet, vanity, faucet and put in new vinyl plank flooring. If I told you it took a week it would be expected. But these guys did it in JUST ONE DAY! Unbelievable work, extremely fast at a great price. Very Satisfied!
Excellent service. Alex and crew did a phenomenal job painting my exterior house, installing new exterior doors and new outdoor lights. I would hire them again.
