Great experience! Collision repairs were covered by insurance, and the staff was knowledgeable and approachable to my questions about the whole repair process. They had estimated the repairs to take 10 days, and it ended up being 13 days, but they called in advance to let me know ahead of time. My car looks better than ever with the repairs and repaint, and drives perfectly. Did not expect them to vacuum the inside too, but definitely appreciate that. My consultant Daniel was amazing kept me updated on my car was a pleasure. Receptionist Arlene was was just a pleasure made me feel at home was a very nice she has an amazing customer service their team is awesome, I highly recommend them their trustworthy amazing price is customer service five star
Finished work was nice but unless you have free rental coverage, avoid them at all costs. 1.5 weeks turned into 3 and the lack of accountability was outrageous. The manager is not on sight, has no available schedule, does not reach out upon request. Would never go back regardless of good results. Say they need one part to finish come to find out no work done. On pick up day after being pushed back four separate times, they didn’t even tell me my car wasn’t ready at predetermined time. I walked in to look at my truck and a man I didnt catch his name was very rude. Instead of asking if I needed help he went off and was like you Can't be in here. I was lost and confused. Not much help at all. Another ladies came out to offer help. Definitely appreciated her!
