Great experience here for something I had no interest in doing. Van got hit - someone else’s insurance covered it so no financial impact. Better service and communication than any prior experience with body shops! Friendly and fun staff. Knowledgeable people who actually stuck to original estimate!
Insurance claim with State Farm was very smooth process
Great experience! Collision repairs were covered by insurance, and the staff was knowledgeable and approachable to my questions about the whole repair process. They had estimated the repairs to take 10 days, and it ended up being 13 days, but they called in advance to let me know ahead of time. My car looks better than ever with the repairs and repaint, and drives perfectly. Did not expect them to vacuum the inside too, but definitely appreciate that.
