I’m sure they have great gear in their store. I have stopped by during business hours on two occasions only to find the store closed. Calls to the store go unanswered. That’s a weird way to run a business.
They have very experienced and knowledgeable team. I had issues with projector mount , that I brought from deluxe audio they came in to replace the mount on time but the one was replaced was low quality compared to what was already installed and made it worse. The owner was kind enough to swap it for me and install the one that I had earlier because we were done doing back and forth. I stopped in to window shop a little as I plan out my theater build. Kelly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and showed me several options that would work for me. Highly recommended
Scammers… I used their services back in 2016, when I attempted to reuse their service in 2022 they told me I need purchase equipment through them. I have purchased authorized equipment through a company that recommended their installation. I have tv mantle mount system that has labeled Deluxe Audio and Video of Naperville as an authorized dealer to install the mantle mount properly. I simply have a new tv that I want to be installed using the mantle mount system. I have kept their receipts from my original purchase in 2016. ... read more
