Chris is awesome too. I had great Forman I worked under who really helped out but it's one of those things you he son working for you n a stranger the son of course is gonna get most the hands on training to advance within the company. Can't complain they all done me better than anyone I worked for previously.
You guys have to pay heavy equipment operators a decent hourly price especially operators with experience I went in for a interview and I got offered $18 a hour I understand u can’t go by what people say but that’s why there are on site interviews to see if people not just saying they are a operator but really do know how to operate.
