We have been here a couple of times and it never dissapoints! The service is also exceptional.
Server Katie excellent. Very attentive and friendly. Very good food - excellent wedge salad - more than enough for two of us to share - fish and chips - very thin batter coating over two large pieces of fish. Tender and juicy pork chop with fluffy mashed - brussel sprouts were disappointing- under cooked and barely any sauce. Pistachio cake had unusual taste, and small slice. Not for me or my husband. They added more sauce for us to take the brussel sprouts home. Yet to be seen if that improves their taste as left overs.
Great restaurant in downtown Hendersonville. The burger was great and my husband ordered the ruben sandwich that was outstanding! Decided to eat there because we are traveling with our dog and were able to eat outside. The waitress even brought a bowl of water over for our dog. The prices aren't as high as mentioned. Our food that I mentioned including 3 beers were a little over 50 dollars.
Honestly the food was mostly ok and needed more seasoning and salt. The mussels were wonderful & grandma loved the lambchops but the sandwhich/burgers left much to be desired. The fries are super thin so impossible to serve warm. They were so understaffed that the waitress was the bartender and we only saw one other girl occasionally come out to help. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE....our 1st visit last week, prompted us to try a 2nd yesterday. We didn't think you could outdo the 1st, but you did. The lobster beignets were even better than New England lobster rolls. Only issue for us is how on our next visit we try something new....the beignets will be difficult to beat.
