We had Delux come out and do an estimate for a new window. This part of the process was easy. We had them come out and install the new window. Once the work was complete (I was out of town but had family present), I received a phone call from the technician who proceeded to tell me our windows were under warranty from the manufacturer (unfortunately, the original company we used had gone out of business, so we had no idea and couldn't contact them).
